Hello ladies! We finally got everything set for our banquet. We are happy to announce that this year we have found a new venue! It will be at the Brookside Banquet Hall saturday may 6th 2023. Times to still be confirmed for cocktails and dinner but we are hoping 5:30-6:30pm for cocktails and prize ticket purchases. ticket sales will close at 6:30pm sharp, so the executive can be ready for dinner to start at 7pm. all of the times will be on your tickets when you recieve them. It is a beautiful venue, and we think you will be VERY happy with the place we have chosen! it has an elevator for those in a wheelchair as well. The cost this year will be the same as last year, $25.00 per member (which you will recieve back when you arrive to check in on the day of the banquet) $45.00 for guests, and $50.00 per guest, if you wish to bring more than one guest. As the same in the past years, your sposnor will recieve one free ticket to attend as well. Please let Tammy know if you are bringing your sponsor when you purchase your tickets. You can start purchasing your tickets any time by contacting Tammy, and she will do her best to accomodate you. They will also be for sale at the next two tournaments. If you will not be attending the tournament, please be there early enough before registration closes, so that Tammy will still be able to play in the tournaments. You will just be paying for your tickets, and you will get a receipt, and then the actual tickets will be available from Tammy at the AGM before the banquet, or you can make other arrangements to get them if you are not atttending the AGM. Final day to get banquet tickets will be at our open tournament on march 28th. We are looking forward to this new beautiful place, and we hope you will love it as much as we do!
